Rhinoplasty

This beautiful woman wanted only small changes to her nose. By using the intra-nasal approach, no scars were left on the skin. Futhermore, by lifting up the tissue off the nose from the inside and using very small diamond files, the nose bones were shaved down without breaking them to reduce the bridge of her nose. By making small incisions on the lower part of the nose, the tip was raised, and the flare was brought in. She recovered quickly and was very happy with the results.
